Left side stomach pain and presure

Asked for Male, 33 Years

Stomach left side I feel pressure after meal. I can't sleep side left otherwise pressure increase each time. Sometimes I have pain and vomiting. Please advice me.

If it's in loin or slightly lower back then it may be due to left kidney stone. You need to go for a ultrasound of abdomen to rule out above problems . feel free to ask any further quary.
