Continuous feeling of slight pain and uneasyness in my left shoulder which extends up to my left elbow. I always want to keep stretching the left shoulder and arm. I used to be a regular gym person and this problem has been since long. It gets really in comfortable after I do some heavy exercise. Please advise.
