Three remedies( Don't try on your own) - Wait and watch till next menstrual period - Take oral contraceptive pills from Day 5 of cycle to Day 26. Daily one at night. Repeat sonography on Day 5 or 6 of next period. -Ovarian cyst aspiration under sonographic guidence under short general anaesthesia.

Can start oral contraceptive tablets from day 2 of periods for 2 to 3 cycles followed by an ultrasound. Usually they dissappear.
