Left Ovarian Dermoid cyst
Report says "A small hyper echoic lesion of size 19x18 mm is seen in left ovary with calcification within likely dermoid cyst". There are no symptoms. Is this a matter of concern?

yes without sometimes ovarian lesions will occur even if it is as big as 7 to 8 cm is also so don't worry about this it can be treatable and it is only with surgical techniques like laparoscopy or laparotomy
