Dear sir do you have any concomitent illness like diabeties and how many hrs you sit in chairs in single stretch, there is a need for thorough assesment it may be muscpe cramp or may be sciatica plz visit so as to get assesd properly you can see a physio at this stage who can guide you for appropriate management towards permanent cure..
