Left leg knee pain
My leftleg knee is paining severely from past one month,did an x-ray last month but there was no problem in the knee.if the pain is more severe am taking tablet ultracet .

Hi .. since it's been a month definitely ultracet won't be a solution.. are you doing any excessive physical activity or any recent injuries... Or you have flat foot? Since the x ray is normal.. please meet your orthopedician and further examination would tell you why.. better not to delay. Take care..

avoid cross leg sitting, long standing..  climbing stairs , and also make sure your standing and walking posture is good.
