Left Knee pain
My dad is a tailor in profession and for last 30 years he is in this profession and his age is now 51 years. For last 3 months he is suffering from knee pain. He can't bend his left knee while sitting and for him it is very difficult to stand up while sitting. So please give some remedies for him. Is that possible to get rid of this permanently?

Care AI Shimmer
Yes, the discomfort he is facing can be gotten rid of provided he takes ergonomics care of not sitting on floor, not sitting for more than half an hour at a place, he needs to get up and sit again Also the exercises I prescribe if he does regularly at home or will increase his flexibility and strength and avoid the recurrent joint stiffness
