Left hand pain
Hi my husband who is 33years old...weight 103 height 5'6 ...last 10 days he had left hand pain from shoulder to arm it was like tickle with pain...he had cholesterol and mild bp...also took tablet for it for 1 month... We took treadmill test,ECG,eco full body test everything is normal...he took tablet for hand pain but didn't work still the pain didn't arrest...so pls tell me is any problem?

I think it is appropriate to consult Ortho or neurosurgeon to zero down the diagnosis . Once diagnosed treatment will be easier and precise.

This may be due to muscular strain in shoulder muscles due to some jerk or heavy work.
Next Steps
He may start with hot fomentation,  take analgesic with muscle relaxant tablet,  take calcium and vitamin d supplement. Start Physiotherapy  - Local US, SWD If not relieved, plan to get MRI of Shoudler
