Left hand and chest pain
Hello sir / mam im 24 years male having full left hand pain it starts from left shoulder it radiates to fingers... And dull pain in upper left chest ... Sometimes its heavy pain sometimes its dull pain .. having these episodes from 8 months still continues ... Pain continue whole day sometimes heavy and dull 5 months before im done ECG , ECHO , TMT and get normal report Cholesterol is normal i searched in Google left arm pain is caused by heart attack im worried scary I can't sleep at night Please guide me sir this pain is heart related or any other Nowadays younger age people getting heartattack Please help me sir .. i need to came out from this situation ... No family history of heart disease from my side...

If ecg and echo are normal, than no need to worry. It can be due to excessive spasm or nerve compression. Kindly consult

Hi .. there is no necessity to panic.. already ur all cardio parameters and tests as u have mentioned are normal.. It might be work related or due to cervical spine problem. If ecg is normal Then go accordingly Try to to take mri for any cervical nerve root compression

If your cardiac profile is normal, no need to worry. May be due to nerve compression. You need to consult some orthopaedics.

No need to worry If ecg and echo are normal. Exercise daily . Any nerve compression can cause pain radiating to hand.
