Left ear pain

Asked for Male, 18 Years

Since last 1 Month my left ear is paining.there is no loss in hearing.paining is coming and going.there is no ear discharge,no cold, no throat pain , just pain in ear,and sometimes little pain behind the ear.Can i plzz understand what cause it is?

If there is no wax in the ear and both the ear canals are normal and clear (after checking by your attendant under light ) . Then there might be possibility of neurological pain . Take 1)Tab Neurokind plus once a day 2) Tab levocet 5mg once in night time
