Left arm pain
I fell asleep todayevening while working from home and then after 10 I suddenly woke up.
Since then there is pain in left arm.Not whole arm is paining..it feels like any artery/vein is paining.More pain from elbow to palm back side

Seems lateral epicondilitis.
Avoid laptops and tablets use desktop monitor should be at least at the level of eyes and the level of keyboard should be the level of hands.
