The cost depends upon the quality of the laser that is being used. Richfeel has been marketing full body hair reduction at a low cost but that is because the machine is a very basic one which is IPL. A diode laser is better for hair reduction and even in this the quality of machine influences the outcome/efficacy and thereby the cost. As per the make of diode machine, the charge will be around 20000-30000 for full body. 6 sessions at least. Chennai... I dont know anyone personally who does it. hope this is helpful.
