I have completed 4 weeks of my fistulectomy surgery I just want to know is it safe for me have couple of cigarettes as I have not smoked till now ... please guide me..

Indeed a very bad question for a doctor ..... smoking is always injurious to health and also a high risk factor in relation to non healing of wound. Advise is to quit smoking . Rest of the decision relies on yourself.
