Fistulectomy wound
Its two week i underwent fistulectomy for fistula in ano.. under antibiotics, sitz baths 3 times a day for 20 mins.. dressing is done after every sitz bath with betadine ointment... Yellowish discharge sometimes clear pinkish discharge is comming, pain is almost reduced only pain during stool passage..a bit burning sensation...what to do, when will the discharge stop.
