Laproscopy surgery done 5 days back

Asked for Female, 46 Years

I was suddenly diagnosed with 7.5*7.5*8 fibroid attached to uterus wall in uterus last week n was advised to go surgery. I had been operated m fine but during removal of fibroid there was bit injury in vagina n had one stitch. Now in a day once I have spot of blood. What precaution should I take for this n in general. I m a working women I m at complete bed rest when can I rejoin job.
