AFI 7.5 at 30.4 weeks
Please find my attached scan report for last week and this week. Last week AFI was 5.8. So I admitted in hospital and got amino drips, arg 9 sachet twice. Repeated scan after 7 days and AFI was 7.5 on yesterday. Doctor discharged me and asked to come after one week. Asked me to continue arg 9 twice. I am taking below tablets now Ecospirin 75mg Calcium, iron, fopymin tablets Duphaston once Labetalol 100mg morning and night( since I have BP for past one year. Before pregnancy itself) Please provide your suggestions on this. What should I do further in this case, since the AFI is on lower side? Do I need to still admitted to hospital and get drips or can I stay at home and continue sachet?

Treatment is on the right track. You should continue with the medicines as advised. USG after one week. Your BPD is low whereas the AC ,HC and FL are normal. So it is not an IUGR in the true sense. Please compare it with the previous Sonography scan report.
