  4. Back pain and muscle pain. To remove it?

Back pain and muscle pain
I have posterior fibroid with size 7.5 x 5.1 cm. My doctor suggest me surgery to remove the uterous. Is it secratary to remove it ?? Is there any other treatment for fibroid.
