At the age of 47 years we presume that you must have completed your family and have as many children as you wanted. So the role of the uterus as a child bearing organ is over. If that be so you should plan to get your Hysterectomy (removal of the uterus) done. All other modes of treatments are fanciful. They are more expensive, need a lot of monitoring,  need six monthly follow ups , and they are not definitive treatments. After a few years you will need a Hysterectomy. So please plan for a Hysterectomy. You may discuss with me if you have any questions.
