What you are describing seems to be GER- gastroesophageal reflux and that can be managed with physical measures and in needed medications. Lactose intolerance would be associated with diarrhea (watery stools) . Meet a pediatrician in person for an evaluation.
Next Steps
meet with a neonatologist/pediatrician in person

I think ur baby is having colic issue Exessive cry is very common under 6 months of age bcz of gas in stomach  Exclusive breast feed ur baby till 6months of age.  Feed ur baby with proper position.   Burp properly after each and every feed for at least 10 min or till baby take 4 burp.   Give Tummy time 4-5 times in a day time  If still issue persist then   Give colic aid drops 3 drops (if needed). Maximum 4times per day.
