Iam not getting sleep. So much stress coming madam . Iam so slim . Iam eating but not gaining weight . I went to thyroid test . results normal . Please suggest me iam not getting sleep . Hair fall ,slim, so much stress please help me

First of all find out the reason for your stress.you have not told what is your weight..If you are suffering any mental stress or depression ..lack of sleep, hairfall will be there.Apart from that you need to improve your diet with foods which raise your serotonin levels with bananas,eggs, leafy veg.'&fruits.
We get sleep only when the brain activity calms down .Do not think much.Try to decrease the number of thoughts before sleeping. Worrying will cause you extra stress .stop worrying .Take healthy diet.Try to track your thoughts in a day..and try to minimise the stress.
Meditation 5 to 10 everyday can help you to some extent.
