Recently blood test are done. ESR value - 17, blood urea -12.9, BUN -6.03, BUN creatinine ratio- 10.03, urea creatine -21.9 . Now recently I'm suffering with joint pains. Is their any complications.

BUN /Creatinine ratio is calculated which we will do when the Urea and creatinine values are abnormal.

So these reports are nothing to do with your symptoms.
But you have Elevated ESR which tells us you have some inflammation.
Which may suggest according to your age could be Autoimmune disorders if its fits.
