In November 2021,due to excruciating pain,my back had shifted towards right side...That time I was treated with TENS and physiotherapy...
Ever since then the excruciating pain has decreased,but I'm still having numbness,pins and needles sensation in right lower limb..Also having pain(moderate)in both legs(from buttock to feet)
Kindly tell me what kind of exercises will help me
Also what to do for the c5-c6 disc bulge

Initial treatment with electrotherapy that was done for acute pain relief may have worked within it's limitations.
Do some exercises like chin tuck, cervical isometric exercises, cobra pose,neck stretches ,shoulder shrug shoulder elevation and some upper back strengthening exercises...and lower back do bhujangasana leg raise exercises and bridging and some stretching of hamstring and calf muscle and knee to chest stretch also..
will help in healing the pain....

Avoid sitting for a longer hours, don't heavy weights.
Although u has taken treatment earlier n again u r feeling numbness. But before starting any exercise u should start treatment again and get relief in all the symptoms. Along with treatment start doing exercises under the supervii of physiotherapist.
