Kshar sutra fistula
Sir/madam
I am undergoing treatment for fistula with kshar sutra since last 2 months , my fistula is from scortum to anal region at 1 clock position. I have also developed lymph node swelling in groin region close to kshar sutra wound. I am attaching my USG report please guide why this lymph node is swelled up? Is this because of fistula?

Consult with your dr. He will start your antibiotic.don't worry it happens in rare case .while you are taking treatment then do not eat rice,curd, and milk.if you take then it then it will takes time .and maintain hygiene. And do not wear tight clothes.

Its due to infection in that wound or near your groin area. Visit nearby surgeon or the one under whom you took this treatment. After examination only it will be decided whether you need surgical treatment or antibiotics. Don't delay because if infection reached blood then it will not go good for you

there may be infection around that's why lymph nod increased in size its body's defense mechanism
u need to check is your fistula healing properly check for that
