Dear Sir, Knee replacement has now become quite safe, but to go for it or not is usually an individuals decision based on symptoms age and medical fitness for surgery. 3.5 for both knee in a corporate hospital is fair. if you plan to reduce cost consult and talk to few more, some amount can be reduced.
