My right knee getting light pain.. When I am climbing steps I feel bit heavy pain.. Normal walk is fine without any pain.. May I know the reason. I am healthy other than this..

Hi, I am Dr Nitish from Reliv pain clinic. If it is a new pain, I.e. less than a month old and decreasing, it might be just a sprained ligament. It will go away in sometime. If it is old and not decreasing, you should consult a doctor.
