Knee pain in the back
I'm a 28 y/o female and ~8 weeks pregnant. About two months ago I worked out and thought I over did it as my knee would hurt to walk on it. It has gotten better but I still get pain/achiness in the back of my knee. It doesn't hurt when I walk on it, more right after I work out or have it bent for a period of time and then move, or when I cross my legs.
