Knee pain .
I am having b12 deficiency, now under medication. I am having both knee joint having pain. Is it related vitiman b12 deficiency.

No it’s not connected to vit b12 deficiency, such symptoms are not a feature of vit b12 deficiency . Bilateral knee pain most common reason is arthritis of joint
