Knee Pain and Neck pain

Hello Doctor, I am 27 year old male software engineer. i am facing some pain in my neck as well as in knee. Both problem had started from last 3 weeks. Knee pain had just started two weeks back and i am feeling pressure on the same. I am 84 kg. Please suggest whether there is some thing serious or it is just because of weather conditions.
