Helo .. pls specify wetr do u have any genetic problm. Or do u suffer from knock knee.. If u r clinical healthy . Then just nsaids are required. And also do physiotherapy aftr the pain subsides .. and keep your muscles over there strong and intact. Hope it’s useful
