Both leg pains below knee
Me 38 m 72 kgs, my wife 31 f 76 kgs from past 10 days we both getting pains from below knees that calf is paining constantly while seeping pain is increasing.
we changed our drinking water from Aquafina to biselri from 1 month apart from.that we don't have done any changes in our life style

Both of you are having leg and calf muscle pain could be due to minerals insufficiency if there's no swelling or redness noticed.

try mefenamic acid 500 mg as required for pain.
and
vitamin E 400 iu and magnesium oxide 400 mg once daily for 2 weeks
