3-4 mm stone may remain lying for years silently or may pass from urinary tract .
Oxalates restricted diet along with adequate water intake is advisable.
Mixture of potassium magnesium citrate (uriliser) mixed with glass of water thrice daily in doses of 15 ml every time helps in treatment.
