U need to get investigated for all liver n Kidney functions (tests) done n then consult a Physician depending on results. It could be a muscular pain also.so 1st better to consult yr own regular physician n on his adv.get above tests done.He may require complete USG of his abdomen.Without proper examination it is difficult to give reason for his pain.
