Care AI Shimmer
He has a renal calculus disease leading to slight enlargement of kidney structures The fact that he has been taking pain killers is causing an effect on the kidney function leading to increased creatinine . He also seems to have a urinary tract infection.
Next Steps
Visit a urologist as soon as possible. Need to be started on antibiotics . AVOID taking NSAIDS pain killers like diclofenac etc which may further harm the kidney Can take paracetamol for pain for now .
