Hi there I understand your concern... Treatment depends upon size if the stone... If it is less than 6mm generally pass through spontaneously without surgical intervention...Medical treatment of nephrolithiasis involves supportive care with plenty of water intake with adequate pain management by using NSAIDS etc...use of antibiotics and alkalinizing agents should be considered...since you have not mentioned size please repost the question with size or consult your treating doctors they will guide you further.
