If the stone size is less than 5mm, it may pass out spontaneously. Take Tab. Tamsulosin 0.4 mg once a day for 7 days. Take Tab. Drolgon twice a day for 5 days for pain relief after food. If it is still present, confirmation by ultrasound, then you need a ureteroscopy and removal
