Check your serum Uric acid level. There is a high probability for this stone to pass with medicines.  Start taking Potassium citrate syrup dissolved in water 3times daily for 3 months. Plenty of fluid orally and decrease animal protein intake,  reduce salt intake and increase citrus fruit intake.
