Two right renal calculi
Upper major calyx 5mm
Lower calyx 3mm
1.3cm right renal pelvic calculus causing mild hydronephrosis
Having pain in back due to the above reasons,not sure personally if both are related..

Kidney stones can cause pain in the flank and back. Was a CT done? You will need a surgery for the larger stone. RIRS is the standard procedure for it. Meet an urologist.
