Kidney Stone
Problem:: I had 2 left Renal Calculi sizing 3mm and 10 mm and a 10mm Calculi at left PUJ. Solution: I underwent a URS/Lithotripsy (not a laser though) to break the 10mm Calculi at left PUJ. DJ stent has been placed. Post that I underwent ESWL to break both 10mm and 3mm left Renal Calculi. Currently in the process of flushing the fragments using Water. Confusion : What I am confused is whether or not a stent is required in the above said scenario??? Please confirm if a stent is required in this scenario or is it forcefully pushed by my Urologist???
