Kidney Stone
Problem::
I had 2 left Renal Calculi sizing 3mm and 10 mm and a 10mm Calculi at left PUJ.
Solution:
I underwent a URS/Lithotripsy (not a laser though) to break the 10mm Calculi at left PUJ. DJ stent has been placed. Post that I underwent ESWL to break both 10mm and 3mm left Renal Calculi.
Currently in the process of flushing the fragments using Water.
Confusion :
What I am confused is whether or not a stent is required in the above said scenario???
Please confirm if a stent is required in this scenario or is it forcefully pushed by my Urologist???

As the stone load is high so it is mandatory to put DJ stent before the procedure.
