I have a kidney stone of 6.5mm on left side. Is there any medicines to treat it or surgery is the only option

Small kidney stones which are asymptomatic,do not usually require surgical intervention. Mixture of potassium magnesium citrate mixed with glass of water thrice daily ,15 ml each time, helps in treatment
