Medical treatment can be tried in small urinary calculi with fair chances of expulsion of stone from the lower ureter where it is impacted. Take plenty of fluids, mixture of potassium magnesium citrate mixed with glass of water thrice daily in doses of 15 ml every time helps in the treatment.
