I have a 5.7mm stone in lower part of right ureter and 2 stones in left kidney (4mm and 5.4 mm)
Also, there is hydronephrosis in right kidney. What should be the Course of action.

We need to start medical treatment
Watch for stone removal with it
Take plenty of oral fluids
Take less salt
And do sr calcium phosphorus
Creatinine and urinalysis
