Kidney stone
I had earlier diagnosed kidney stone and continuous for the last 2 yrs but slowly it get vanished and got treated by having a lot water intake and some regimen. Today I had applied for ultrasound after having abdominal pain in last night...final impression of ultrasound is submitting herewith for your kind perusal and further prescriptions  of medication and directions:- 1) Left pelvicalyceal system and upper ureter are mildly dilated with obscured mid and lower ureter...? Left mid/lower ureteric obstructive etiology. 2) Grade I fatty liver. Thank You Sir/Ma'am

Get ur renal function test. And then plain +contrast CT scan of abdomen and pelvis with urography with delayed images. This should give u the answer. Then once findings r confirmed. Then we can plan for treatment.
