Kidney Stone
Hello Doctor,
I m having 4 stones in right kidney. 1)7×5mm in mid pole calyx 2) 6×5mm lower pole calyx 3)4mm upper pole calyx & 4) 5×4mm in upper ureter.
I also had infection because of this and i m having pain in right side of my chest and my body starts pain sometimes. Fever, cough and cold was controlled by my family doctor. And i also loose my weight by 4kg.
Can you please suggest me the diet and how to keep my kidney healthy ?

I can understand your concern.
For Keeping kidneys healthy first thing you have to do is get rid of the stones.
Drink plenty of fluids.
Get it checked out by a urologist or a general surgeon in person for further evaluation and management.
