Hi..
As per ur USG there is a 5.5mm calculus in left kidney which is non obstructing...
Usually a non obstructing stone does not cause pain... But some times it may cause mild pain..
Nothing to worry the stone is very small and rest of the things r normal...
Next Steps
U can take Tab Drotavarin twice daily till ur pain decrease
Health Tips
Have plenty of fluids
Decrease salt intake
decrease animal protien
Repeat a USG after 6months or earlier if u get severe pain
