Your pain is mostly due to that 4.5 mm stone in Lt ureter.. you will get severe colicky pain when this stone will try to pass out from the ureter. As the size of stone is small there are chances that the stone will pass out in urine on its own. T. Drotin DS twice a day( for pain) T. Urimax 0.4 mg. At night time ( helps to relax muscles of ureter and helps in passing out stone).
Next Steps
Drink plenty of oral fluids.
