My 4.5 years old kid has been diagnosed with adhd by the age of 2 and has been allergic to food like curd and banana (mild asthmatic)
He has complained about feet pain in both legs : except for the big toe rest all the fingers since last 1 year
Recently he complained about the pain in stomach on and off 3-4 times in a week
Recently, occasional pain over hand fingers (except thumbs rest all fingers) in both the hands
We have met orthopaedics, xray is fine . Not getting leads. Is everything connected or different issues? For stomach dr gave gastric medication but not so effective. Really very stressed out as there are days when he couldn't sleep the entire night out of pain either on tummy or feet. Tried analysing the food for aches but couldn't find any. Tried to change shoes for feet but not any help

there are multiple causes of limb pain during this age because it can be normal due to growth pain.
it can also occur due to nutritional deficiency mainly vitamin d, vitamin b12 iron and calcium deficiency.
if there is excessive playful activity by the child during the daytime it is but obvious that during the night time there might be limb pain.
if the limbs are paining without any activity then yes medical examination and treatment will be required
Next Steps
if the child is having abdominal pain give syrup colicaid or syrup cyclopam 5 ml to the child for now
then you have to meet the doctor to find the cause of abdominal pain because it can be either due to gas or due to worms or some other abdominal pathology or gastroenteritis, constipation, digestive issues.
in the meantime it is advisable to give only easily digestible food to the child and water and buttermilk curd rice and dal.
can give poha upma daliya and fruits.
avoid milk products , packet foods and fried items and heavy diet.
you can continue anti-colic medicines and your doctor may add antacids for the child for few days it will help in decreasing the gas as well as bloating.
