It is common to have leg pain, body pains during infection. It resolves once infection has subsided. Nothing to worry. Just give paracetamol for the pain

Pains during infectious disease are generally common in kids of growing ages. Just give paracetamol for pain. Give plenty of fluids.

Pain during any viral infection is absolutely normal. You can just give her paracetamol. Also children have growing bones hence they may complain of pain. You can get your child's vitamin D tested if you feel that there is generalised pain along with leg pains. If that is the case, that can be treated.
