We have done a karyotype test recently and the test results for me is 46XY and for my wife is 46, XX 15ps+ Can you please explain what is the effect of this report? Is it normal? Please Advise

To explain u need full session of consultation. It's normal but 15ps+ seems not normal. It can cause infertility and miscarriage.
