Pregnancy Loss Fear
There was chromosomal abnormality (Fetus had Monosomy of Chromosome X) in first pregnancy and hence there was missed abortion. How much chances are there for a healthy baby in second pregnancy? Me and my wife have Normal Karyotype Report.

The chromosomal anomalies are just accidental if both the partners have a normal Karyotyping report.  It should not recur but there is no way to predict or prevent chromosomal anomalies.

Do not plan pregnancy for three months and six weeks before planning start folic and vitamin B12 tablets. Then the chances of abortion will be reduced by almost 50% and also get your vitamin D levels checked and if they are less than take vitamin D shots they will improve the quality of egg and reduce the chances of Abortion.
