Pregnancy Loss Fear due to Chrmosoml abn
I'm very disturbed. Please help doctor and tell something. My wife is 2 months pregnant. All reports are ok till now. but I am very afraid because last pregnancy was missed abortion before 3 months and the reason was Monosomy of Chromosome X of the fetus although our Karyotype Reports are normal. Even less  symptoms in present pregnancy(normal reports till now) than last pregnancy(missed abortion). She is 2 months pregnant pregnant and only feeling nausea and no vomiting & less breast tenderness although pregnancy reports are normal till now. Please help and tell. will this pregnancy survive? How much chances of survival? please tell.

A chromosomal anomaly is like an accident especially when the Karyotype of both the partners is normal. It just happens and it may not recur in subsequent pregnancies.  So you should forget it. As pregnancy advances you should get all the tests done as per the advice of the treating Obstetrician.  Even an NIPT may not help in your case. What will help is the karyotyping of the Chorionic villi.  It is not indicated.

It is hard to predict the survival rate in this pregnancy If both your reports are normal then , recurrence rate is very less Get a scan done and biomarkers done Symptoms vary from one pregnancy to another
